Something that all of you keep forgetting is that Rosalina was going to be related to Peach (Read this on Wikipedia so I’m not sure if this is true or not but) and Rosalina and Peach’s hair colors are so different from each others. So why do people only call Daisy a pallet swap? The world may never know.Īlot of reasons why Rosalina is called a Peach clone is because she has blonde hair like Peach and a Rosalina hater had pointed out that Peach and Rosalina make the same sounds in Mario Karts. Lets not forget Luigi got his start by being a pallet swap to Mario also. Mario has similar colors to Wario in one of his pallet swaps, Luigi also has similar colors to Waluigi in one of his pallet swaps also. Some people automatically look at the dress and think “peach clone” and doesn’t take time to look and point out the differences. Besides the dress colors, Daisy’s hair is no longer that long Daisy’s hair isn’t that light she also has long gloves but Daisy has short. Let me get one thing straight, THE PALLET SWAP LOOKS NOTHING LIKE DAISY. Mainly why some people call Daisy a Peach clone is because of Peach’s “Pallet swap” In smash. Rosalina has shoulder length PLATINUM blonde back length hair.Īlright. Rosalina’s outfits can be seen in teal/light blue. Rosalina was first introduced In 2007 Super Mario Galaxy helping Mario rescue Peach (correct me if I’m wrong I never fished galaxy cri) Rosalina is known as the mother of the Lumas and has a calm, motherly personality. She first appears in brown/orange back length hair but Nintendo decided later on to give her shoulder length hair. Daisy’s outfits can be seen in orange and yellow. Daisy has a bubbly and tomboy personality and a love for sports. Peach has back length blonde hair.ĭaisy was first Introduced In 1989 Super Mario Land as a damsel In distress also, but this time she was ABDUCTED by an alien, not kidnapped, ABDUCTED. Peach has a girly personality she also can get a bit hothead at times (As seen in Super Princess Peach) Peach’s outfits mainly contain the color pink. Peach was first introduced In 1985 Super Mario Bros as a damsel In distress. They are all different and unique In their own ways. That’s all I have to say for now! I’ll post another, much more condensed update regarding my hiatus closer to the date.I’ve ranted about this topic so many times, but recently it just has been getting on my last nerves how people keep calling Daisy & Rosalina Peach clones. My goal is to have chapter 15 out before my break, and I’ll be able to start chapter 16 and enter endgame territory with a fresh mind. Because of the tonal shift that starts around chapter 13, I want to make sure that you won’t have to wait too long for any cliff hangers between these chapters. I’ll be going on a brief hiatus for a little under a month around the end of May I’ll be traveling for a little while, so I won’t be able to get any writing or editing done, which pushes everything back. I’ve made a particular choice in the pacing that I hope I’ve implemented well enough, but I want to have chapter 14 and 15 enter the editing stage around the same time for that reason.
